Tips for identifying document versions
Notes:
  • Originators may add documents, but may not edit or delete documents (in an In Folder status) after a Trio folder is delivered to underwriting. An e-mail notification is sent each time a document is added by the originator.
  • Underwriters may delete or edit document info for ANY document in the Trio folder – including originator documents. Deleted documents cannot be recovered!
