If a Trio folder is incomplete or was delivered to you in error, you may return the folder to the originator for additional processing. An e-mail notification, including comments/instructions from you, alerts the originator that the Trio folder was not accepted for underwriting.
Click Return Folder from the Trio Actions menu.
Enter instructions for the originator in the comments section. Comments are included in the e-mail notification to the originator and displayed in the Audit Trail.
Click Finish/Send E-mail.
