The Reroute option in Trio allows the lender to move the Trio folder to another delivery location and/or storefront. Some ways to incorporate 'Rerouting' in your office include:
To Reroute a folder to another storefront, Trio must be activated on that storefront. There is no limit to the number of times a Trio folder can be rerouted. The lender's Audit Trail reflects any Trio folder rerouting activity, which is not viewable by the originator.
Note: AU Decisions - DU/LP
Rerouting only transfers the Trio folder images, not the AU file. If you are rerouting a Trio Folder to a different eMagic Storefront, users on the new Storefront must have access rights to the original Storefront in order to retrieve and resubmit the AU file.
Click Reroute Folder in the Trio Actions menu.
After choosing a storefront, select a delivery location. Comments entered here appear in the reroute email as well as the Audit Trail.
Click Save. Back in the Trio folder, the Delivered To field reflects the new delivery location.

An email notification is sent to the new delivery location when the Trio folder is rerouted.
All subsequent email notifications -- such as when the originator adds additional documents to the Trio folder -- are sent to the new delivery location.
