Use the same Copy Loan/Resubmit process
you follow today to begin Trio folder loan validation.

Original loans and copied loans share the SAME Trio folder.

Reminder: Original loans are located in Pipeline Manager; Copied loans are accessible from Loan Manager.

1. Begin the loan validation process in the Pipeline Loan Folder.
   

2. From the Pipeline Loan Folder, click Place Hold for each service to prevent originator resubmissions.

3. Enter comments (optional) in the Service Hold Comments pop-up window and click Save (you will return to the Pipeline Loan Folder).
   

4. Click Copy Loan/Resubmit to ensure you are working on a copy of the loan delivered by the originator. Copied loans are noted as such in the Loan Folder.
