Trio for Underwriters

Underwrite loans online with Trio! Find out how with our self-guided tutorials or step-by-step instructions.

Overview

Originators can create a Trio folder – a virtual, shared loan folder – as they process a loan on eMagic.com or any eMagic-hosted lender site. Once you receive an e-mail request for underwriting, you have immediate online access to that loan file.

Trio is integrated with your eMagic pipeline so all your underwriting tools are online. Resubmit or order new services, add/delete documents as appropriate, and return your UW decision to the originator via e-mail. If needed, originators can add new/revised documents to fulfill conditions or complete an incomplete loan file. Trio automatically sends you e-mail notifications with each originator update.

Since it is a shared loan folder, Trio keeps track of where documents came from (you or the originator) and all actions taken on the loan file, so you always know the current status of the Trio folder.
