Trio 
Trio is eMagic's document imaging, archive and delivery tool. All documents for a loan file can be housed in one electronic folder - the Trio folder! Originators build an electronic version of the paper loan file by uploading files or faxing documents right to the Trio folder. Imaged files are stored safely and are accessible for 12 months or longer, depending on the archive option you selected. Originators can electronically deliver the loan file for underwriting to lenders who offer Trio OR download as a pdf and send it to lenders via a secure file transfer. Underwriters access the Trio folders and communicate the UW decision back to the originators. Choose from the options below.
