An e-mail notification is sent from Trio.Folder@emagic.com if the underwriter determines a Trio folder is incomplete, or that an incorrect delivery location was selected, etc. Refer to the comments section for return reason details.

Click the Trio Folder link in the body of the e-mail to access the Trio folder for that loan (enter your login ID/password when prompted). The Trio folder will reflect a status of Incomplete and where it was delivered.
When the Trio folder is complete, Deliver to UW again. Be sure to verify your Investor/delivery location, contact information, etc. before re-delivering the Trio folder.
