Note: The Delete Trio Folder action is available exclusively on eMagic.com (Trio folders created on an eMagic-hosted lender site are not eligible for deletion).

The Delete Trio folder action removes the entire Trio folder record from the site. Trio folders are NOT recoverable once they've been deleted. A new Trio folder may be created on a loan for which a previous Trio folder was deleted; however, documents must then be reassembled from scratch. It is, in essence, a new Trio folder.

The Delete Folder menu selection will display only under the following conditions:

• Your user profile is authorized for this action (Contact your company's eMagic Account Administrator).
• The Trio folder was created on eMagic.com.
• The Trio folder must be in Processing status; once the Trio folder has been delivered to UW, it is not eligible for deletion.

Remember, once a Trio folder is deleted it is NOT recoverable!

1. From the Trio Actions menu, click Delete Folder.
   Remember that the "Delete Folder" option is not available if the Trio folder was created on an eMagic-hosted lender site.

2. Confirm your decision to delete the entire Trio folder by clicking OK. Click Cancel to return to the Trio folder.
