Create and store notes in your Trio folder for documenting important information on the loan file. Use this to communicate facts regarding the package assembly process, collecting certain documents, or other pertinent information that you or your back-up processor or loan officer would need to know.
Note: A note may be deleted or edited by only the creator of the note. A note is viewable by all who have access to the Trio folder.
From the Trio Actions menu, click Notes to access the Trio notes section to view existing or create new notes.

On the Trio Notes screen, click Add to create a note for the Trio folder. A section pops up where you can type in the information.
Click Save to save and store the newly created note in the Trio folder.

On the Trio Notes screen, you now see the logged note. Click the trash can to delete the note.
Or, click the edit icon to edit the note.
Press Close to return to the Trio folder.
