Designate Billing Contact | Billing Setup

Only your company's Billing Contact(s) can sign up for products and services. Billing Contacts are designated by your company's eMagic Administrator and are authorized to change billable service selection and credit card account information (see instructions below).

 

Designate Billing Contact

You must be an eMagic Administrator to designate a billing contact for your company. Billing Contacts are responsible for maintaining billable service selection and credit card account information. Your organization may have up to two individuals designated as Billing Contacts.

  1. Main Menu --> Manage Account --> User Admin --> User Administration

  2. On the User Administration screen, select the user and click "View/Edit."

  3. On the View/Edit User Authorization screen, select "Billing Contact" and click "Update."

Billing Setup

You must be your company's Billing Contact to sign up for products and offers.

  1. Click Manage Account > Maintain Billing Account from the eMagic Main Menu.
    Note: The Manage Account menu option is available only when your profile is authorized for Billing. Contact your company's Administrator with questions.

  2. Complete the credit card information fields and click Save.
    Tip: Enter the credit card number without spaces or dashes.

  3. Click Select Billable Services.

  4. On the Products and Offers screen, click on the service you wish to sign up for.

  5. Select the desired length of service from the drop-down menu.

  6. Review the entire Terms of Agreement (scroll to view the entire window). Click Billing Account Information.

  7. Enter your credit card information (excluding free trials) and click Select Billable Services. You must log out and log in again for users to have access to the service.
