You will be notified of electronic file delivery via e-mail from Trio.Folder@emagic.com. Originator contact information and a link to the loan are provided in the e-mail.

1. Click the Trio Folder link to access the Trio folder.

2. Enter your personal Login ID/Password and 3-digit Investor Services password when prompted (if applicable).

3. Use the Loan Folder and view the loan folder contents and services ordered.
   

4. Once you have viewed documents and made your initial assessment, you may:

   • Return the Trio folder to the originator

   • Begin the Loan Validation Process online
