Search/Sort Loans | Icon Key

Search/Sort Loans

  1. Specific Search

    • Select an option from the "Search For" drop-down menu.

    • Type the corresponding value in the "Enter Search Data" field.

    • Click "Search." Loans that meet the specified criteria will be displayed.


  2. Expanded Search

    • Select one or more of the search parameters. Select the "All" option from the drop-down menus if you would like to search for loans that meet all values in a particular search parameter. The options are:

      • When the loan was last updated
      • Who set up the loan
      • For whom the loan was created
      • Services ordered
      • To where the Trio folder was delivered
      • Status of the Trio folder
      • On which site the loan was created
      • Loan officer
    • Click "Search." Loans that meet the specified criteria will be displayed.


  3. Sort


    Sort the loans by any underlined column header. Click the column header to sort the loans in ascending order (A-Z). Click the same column header to reverse the order (Z-A). Click on another column header to change the sort. The column that is currently being sorted will display the sort icon.

  4. Note: The Search Results contain the following hyperlinks:
    A. Borrower - launches the borrower's profile
    B. Setup By/Loan Officer - launches your email program with the person's email address in the "To" field
    C. Trio Status - launches to the Trio Folder on the Loan Folder page

Icon Key

The following key describes the icons that may display for each loan listed in the search results section of Loan Manager.

Click this icon to select from the following actions (availability varying):

  • Go to Loan Folder
  • Search for All Related Loans
  • Refresh Loan from Lender Site
  • Add to Contacts
  • Reassign Loan Officer

Click this icon to display service details for the loan.

Click this icon to hide service details for the loan.

Click this icon to open the Loan Folder, view services ordered and view the Trio folder if applicable.

The exclamation point indicates that the status of a service has changed. Click this icon to view the loan status change in the Loan Folder.

Click this icon to download the loan to your computer.

Click this icon to delete a loan without (a) services ordered or (b) a Trio folder.

Click this icon to view the borrower in your eMagic contacts database.
