Custom Report Basics | Open/Save a Custom Report

See activity across your entire pipeline — loans on both eMagic.com and eMagic-hosted lender sites. To access Custom Reports for Loans, from the Main Menu under your Origination tab, click on Recent Loans > Create Reports. Custom Reports - Recent Loans

Custom Report Basics

Each report query screen has detailed instructions for administering the report. From a query screen, you can:

  • Specify a date range.
  • Specify an institution, if applicable.
  • Select fields to be included in the report.
  • Open and view a report (Requires a spreadsheet program. e.g., Excel.).
  • Save a report to your computer.

Note: "Today's" data will be available "tomorrow."

  1. To Build a Custom Report for Loans:

    • Click to select Active Loans, Inactive Loans or Both.

    • Begin selecting your Loan Criteria from the Loan Criteria dropdown. Depending on your choice additional option fields will display. Add more Loan Criteria from the next Loan Criteria dropdown or continue. Custom Reports

    • Select the Data you want to see on your report. Select one or several options; or check the "Select All" box.

    • Click "Create Report." Custom Reports

  2. To Build Your Report for Leads:

    • Select your Lead Criteria from the Lead Criteria dropdown. Depending on your choice additional option fields will display. Add more Lead Criteria from the next Lead Criteria dropdown or continue.

    • Select the Data you want to see on your report. Select one or several options or check the "Select All" box.

    • Click "Create Report." Custom Reports

Open/Save a Custom Report

  1. Open: If you have a spreadsheet program (like Excel®) installed on your computer, you can open directly to view the contents of the report.
    Save: Select a drive and folder and click OK. By default, the file will be saved with a .csv extension.
