Note: All users can order products and services in eMagic by default. If you do not see the Order New Products option, your profile has been unauthorized for product ordering. Contact your company's Administrator with questions.

The next screen, the Products and Billing screen, displays three tabs: (a) the products available to order, (b) the products you've already ordered, and (c) your product order history. To order Trio File Manager, click Order Trio File Manager below the product description.

Review the entire Service Schedule (scroll to view the entire window). Click "I Accept" and click Continue.

Select a payment method. 
Select the the product configurations by choosing how long your loans will remain in the active pipeline, and how long to keep inactive loans. Click the checkbox if you'd like eMagic to inform your users of this new product they next time they log in to eMagic. Click Place Order. You must log out and log in again for users to have access to eMagic Suite.

Trio File Manager's monthly fee is based on the cumulative inventory of loan files available that are six months or more past their creation date.
