Check product availability and pricing directly within eMagic. Send your lead or loan data to LoanSifter, choose the best investor products and rates, and automatically send that data back to eMagic.

Manage LoanSifter Credentials

Go to Main Menu > My Profile > Preferences tab > LoanSifter to store your existing credentials if you are already registered for a LoanSifter account. Or, simply follow the link to sign up.

You may also sign up from the Investor/Vendor Services page in eMagic.

eMagic will automatically store your LoanSifter ID and password after validating your credentials for the first time. LoanSifter account credentials can be managed at any time by visiting Main Menu > My Profile > Preferences tab > LoanSifter.

Search Products & Pricing

You can search rates from the Loan Folder and the Create/Edit Lead or Loan pages.

1. Loan Folder

   Go to Loan Folder > Services > Products and Pricing.

   

2. Create/Edit Lead or Loan:

   After creating or editing your lead or loan, click 'Search Products & Pricing' on the Loan Summary page to send the data to LoanSifter.
   Note: You must save the lead or loan in order to click on 'Search Products & Pricing.' If the option is grayed out, you have not yet saved your file.

Send Data to eMagic

Enter all necessary information to search rates and click 'Submit.' After you have selected the best investor products and pricing, send data back to your eMagic file by selecting 'Send Data to eMagic.' Your LoanSifter products selection will automatically be integrated with your eMagic loan.

Generic Rate Search

You may search generic rates to view sample loan scenarios without registering for a LoanSifter account. However, you will not have the ability to send data back to eMagic. Go to Main Menu > Quick Links and click 'Sample Products & Pricing.'
