Online automated property valuations are available through FIS Data Services, a division of Fidelity National Information Services. The initial automated valuation model (AVM) is Freddie Mac's Home Value Explorer*.
If you plan to use this service as your final indicator of property value, contact your investor to verify that this option meets their property valuation reporting requirements.
You must be signed up to order FIS Data Services property valuations. The first time you order the service, you will be prompted to complete the sign-up process.
In the Loan Folder Actions menu, under "Services," click "Order Services."

On the Service Selection page, select FNIS-Market Intelligence - AVM.

Enter the information required.

Click Confirm (see Ordering Services Basics for Error correction details).
Review the Confirm page and click Submit Order.
