How to Order a Service | View/Print Docs | Resubmit

The steps below walk you through the basics for ordering most services on eMagic or an eMagic-hosted lender site. Please see individual services for specific details, tips, and data requirements. You will need to sign up with most vendors prior to ordering their services.

How to Order a Service

  1. Under Loan Folder Actions, under Services, click Order Services.

  2. Select the service you wish to order and press Continue.

  3. Enter the information required on the data entry screen(s) .

  4. Click the Confirm tab.

  5. Correct errors (if any) as indicated by the Errors section. Click the error link to get back to the appropriate section.

  6. Look for field names in red on the data entry screens for items in error.

  7. Click the Confirm tab again to validate any corrections.

  8. Review your selected services and click Submit Order.

  9. Check the Status of your order in the Loan Folder.

View/Print Docs

  1. In the Loan Folder, click the Service/Status link to open the document viewer.

  2. If more than one document is returned, click the tabs to toggle between documents. The highlighted/yellow tab corresponds to the document being displayed.

  3. Click Print to print the document being displayed.

  4. Click Close Window to return to the Loan Folder.

Resubmit

  1. In the Loan Folder, click the Resubmit icon for a service.

  2. Change the desired information on the data entry page(s).

  3. Click Confirm.

  4. Correct errors (if any) as indicated by the Errors section. Click the error link to get back to the appropriate section.

  5. Look for field names in red on the data entry screens for items in error.

  6. Click the Confirm tab again to validate any corrections.

  7. Review your selected services and click Submit Order.

  8. Check the Status of your order in the Loan Folder.
