LP.com Express

LP.com Express is a service accessing Freddie Mac's automated underwriting decision engine. The previous version of LP Express available on eMagic.com and eMagic-hosted lender sites was retired March 31, 2006. Find out what's different with LP.com (.pdf).

Two things to note about LP.com Express: 1) it requires a valid Freddie Mac TPO (Third Party Originator) ID and password associated with each lender you work with; and 2) Merged credit is required for all FHA submissions to LP.com.
