Notes:
  • You may add documents to the Trio folder after a file has been delivered to underwriting. An e-mail notification is sent to the underwriter whenever you add docs.
  • You may not delete documents in an In Folder status after you deliver to underwriting.
  • You may only delete In Folder documents while the Trio folder status is Processing. In the case of a Returned Trio folder, the underwriter places the folder back in a Processing status so you may complete the loan file and delete unwanted documents.
