As applicable, you may assign (or re-assign) the file to a facilitator for contract underwriting. The assigned contract underwriter will be able to access the Trio folder from an e-mail notification.

Note: The Trio folder is only available to one facilitator at a time. When a Trio folder is reassigned, the previous contract underwriter will no longer be able to view the file. The lender, however, retains full rights to the Trio folder throughout the underwriting process (regardless of facilitator reassignment).

Deliver to Facilitator instructions

1. Loan Folder > Actions Menu > Trio section > click Deliver to Facilitator
   

2. Select a facilitator from the Facilitator drop-down menu. The Currently Delivered To: field on this screen refers to facilitators only. The default status is Not Delivered until you select and deliver to a facilitator. If the Trio folder is being reassigned, the current contract UW will appear in this field.
   

3. Enter comments if desired. Comments are included in the e-mail notification to the facilitator and are displayed in the audit trail.

4. Click Finish/Deliver. The Delivered To field in the Trio folder will reflect the selected facilitator.
