eMagic standard logoTrio is your document imaging system. You can convert your paper loan files into electronic format and add them to an online loan folder, called the Trio Folder. Originators deliver the Trio Folder electronically to you for underwriting.

Trio is integrated with your eMagic pipeline so all your underwriting tools are online. Resubmit or order new services, add/delete documents as appropriate, and return your UW decision to the originator. If needed, originators can add new/revised documents to fulfill conditions or complete an incomplete loan file. Trio automatically sends you e-mail notifications with each originator update.

Since it is a shared loan folder, Trio keeps track of where documents came from (you, the originator, or a third party) and all actions taken on the loan file, so you always know the current status of the Trio folder. Everything is captured in the audit trail.

With the eDocs, MortgageApp or Website Packages, you can also create Trio document stacking order templates and choose which originators have access to them, reducing processing time and speeding up turnaround.

Note: Your company needs to have Trio File Delivery activated on your Storefront(s) in order to receive Trio Folders.
