Basic Document Imaging & Delivery
Trio is eMagic's document imaging and file management tool. All documents for a loan file can be housed in one electronic folder - the Trio folder! Originators build an electronic version of the paper loan file by uploading or faxing documents right to the Trio folder. Imaged files are safe and accessible for 6 months. Originators can electronically deliver the loan file for underwriting to lenders who offer Trio. Underwriters access the Trio folders and communicate the UW decision back to the originators.
If you've purchased eDocs or MortgageApp, you can access even more Trio tools: sorting and rotating pdf documents, creating and applying stacking order templates, and sharing documents securely with lenders, borrowers, appraisers, etc. through the Message Center.
