Get Access
First, you must be a MortgageApp customer. In order to customize your MortgageApp, you need to have this box checked in your profile.
View and Customize General Settings

From the Main Menu, go to Tools > Manage Account > View and Customize General Settings under MortgageApp.

The App Characteristics tab shows the basic settings for your application that we helped you set up. Here, you can change the application color, whether the application is under construction, and if the application should be formatted with tabs or display on one page. Click Save to save the changes, or Save/View to see what the application looks like with the modifications. Please contact eMagic Support at 800-440-1625 x4949 to modify the rest.

The Header/Footer tab allows you to select which agency logos to display. Click Save to save the changes, or Save/View to see what the application looks like with the modifications. If you'd like to modify the links and disclaimer, please contact eMagic Support at 800-440-1625 x4949.
The LO & Branch/Location Dropdowns tab lists other types of modifications that eMagic Support can do for you.
Customize Content

From the Main Menu, go to Tools > Manage Account > Customize Content.
The Welcome Page tab allows you to either keep the default or edit the introduction. The Yes/No questions on the right guide you through the modifications. Click Save to save the changes, or Save/View to see what the application looks like with the modifications.

The Personal, Loan/Property, Financial, Additional Info, and the Summary/Submit tabs share a similar format for editing.
Click on the blue Tab Name label to change the tab name.
Select Yes to display the section on your application.
Select Yes to display the question on your application.
Click on the blue default type to modify the question.
Click on the pencil edit icon to select what you'd like to appear in the corresponding dropdown menus.
Select Yes to make it a required field for the consumer to answer.
Click Save to Save the changes, or Save/View to see what the application looks like with the modifications.
You have the option of displaying financial and additional information, giving you control over when you'd have to disclose.
