We supply you with an Apply button for your website. Consumers go to your website and click the Apply link to reach the first page of your application. Keep in mind that because you control the display of the application — including format and information — consumers may not see everything on this page. You choose which fields are required (red asterisk).
Application Landing Page
Consumers are welcomed by your customizable introduction and agree to the terms and continue to proceed through the application.

Save and Return
Your company's Administrator has the option of allowing consumers to create an account in order to return to the application later to complete and submit it. You may choose to receive e-mail notifications of applications that are still in process, and/or have been completed. You may also take ownership of a lead at any point, even if the application has not been completed and submitted to you. Additionally, you may choose whether or not to allow consumers to continue filling out an application if they do not wish to create an account.

Personal Section
The consumer may authorize a credit check. The consumer must also enter the Social Security Number on this page in order to authorize a credit check.
(Note: To add a loan officer to the dropdown menu, first add the loan officer to your eMagic account. See eMagic Account Administrator Guide for Lenders for instructions to add a new user. In the process of adding a new user, Under Origination Functions, select "User name displays in the Loan Officer dropdown menu.")

Loan Property Section
You can choose which questions appear, as well as which options appear in the dropdowns. You also have the option of providing the Consumer Handbook on Adjustable Rate Mortgages (CHARM) and requiring its receipt when the customer chooses "Adjustable Rate" in the Type of Loan section.

Financial Section
You have the option of displaying a financial section on your mortgage application.

Additional Info Section
You have the option of displaying this additional info on your mortgage application. You also have the option of providing the Consumer Handbook on Adjustable Rate Mortgages (CHARM) and requiring its receipt when the customer chooses "Adjustable Rate" in the Type of Loan section. The disclosure appears in this section. The customer's acknowledged receipt of the CHARM booklet and the ARM Products Disclosure Acceptance will appear in the Lead Report. The consumer can enter any comments about the loan application on the bottom. These comments appear on the lead screen within eMagic.

Summary / Submit Section
The Summary / Submit section summarizes the application. Any required fields which have not been completed are highlighted in red. Clicking on the red field will lead the consumer back to the source. Once all required fields have been completed, the consumer can submit the application.
