Once the consumer has submitted the application, you receive an email notification. You can then access the lead within eMagic.
There are two ways to access your MortgageApp lead.
From the email notification.
From Lead Manager (accessible from the Main Menu) where you can search for the lead by name.
The Lead Manager will display all MortgageApp leads available, indicated by "MortgageApp" under the "Lead Origin" column. To access a lead, click on the "Edit Lead" icon to the left.

On the Edit Lead screen, you have a few options:
Your company's eMagic Administrator can assign the lead to a loan officer.
You can edit lead information and save the lead.
You can convert the lead to a loan.
You can order credit from an available eMagic credit agency. Ordering credit will also convert the lead to a loan. This page indicates if the applicant has authorized the credit check.
Export the MortgageApp loan data in a Fannie Mae DU 3.2 file format.

In the event the borrower entered their Member ID, it will be visible in the Edit Lead screen.
