eMagic Message Center

The eMagic Message Center is similar to a message board with some added features. Only parties invited by an eMagic member can access the eMagic Message Center for a particular loan. Each party can only read messages directed to them. Parties can upload and fax documents to the Loan Folder via the eMagic Message Center.

For example, an originator can post a message to a borrower (appraiser, processor, underwriter, other) on the eMagic Message Center. When the originator’s message is posted, the borrower receives an email to go to the eMagic Message Center and read the posting. There, the borrower can reply as necessary.
