eDocs and MortgageApp allow you access to enhanced loan file management features. With Trio File Manager, you may:
- combine, separate, rotate and reorder documents
- create and apply stacking orders
- organize and keep separate views of active and inactive loans
- change loan status from active to inactive and vice versa
- access inactive loan files for up to 7 years
- restrict access to inactive loans
- copy old loans into new ones using existing customer information (good for refinances)
Trio File Manager's monthly fee is based on the cumulative inventory of loan files available that are six months or more past the date they're created.
