Active/Inactive Pipeline

  1. Your live loans automatically appear in the Active Pipeline search within Loan Manager for six months. After six months, the loans move into the Inactive Pipeline. You may reactivate or inactivate the loan on this screen.
To move any closed loan into the Inactive Pipeline before six months, click the "Display loan in Active Pipeline until" radio button, choose a date in the calendar and click Save.

  2. To inactivate a loan, click the "Display loan in Inactive Pipeline" radio button and click Save.

Expire Loan

  1. When a loan expires, it is no longer searchable in the Loan Manager. Essentially, it disappears from all pipelines and is deleted from the system. To designate the date to expire a loan, click on the "Expire this loan on:" radio button, choose a date in the calendar and click Save.

  2. To expire a loan immediately, click on the "Expire this loan" radio button and click Save. The loan will disappear the following day.
