Lenders, not eMagic, approve originators to access their storefronts and eMagic-hosted lender sites. You must request authorization to access your lender sites. If your e-mail address is included as part of your eMagic user profile, you will receive an e-mail when you have been authorized. If you already requested access but have not received an email notification of your authorization, contact your lender representative for authorization to their eMagic-hosted site.

A failure message when accessing your lender's private label site means either:
If you have not requested access, complete the request process for the lender's site. Generally, you will receive an email notification confirming your authorization within 48 hours. Please note that only eMagic Administrators can request access to eMagic-hosted label sites.
If you have already requested access, contact your lender representative for status. When approved, e-mail notifications will be sent to the contact(s) listed on the sign-up form.
