Do you have everything you need to use eMagic.com or an eMagic-powered lender site? This checklist can help with everything you need to know about: signing up, site authorization, lender-specific codes, credit provider info, your Freddie Mac TPO ID, and eMagic Login ID information.

You need to sign up for eMagic before you can access eMagic.com or an eMagic-hosted lender site. Fill out this form and press Submit at the bottom of the form. Within 48 hours, you'll receive your personal eMagic Login ID and password from Customer.Care@emagic.com. For security reasons, your Login ID and password are sent separately in two emails.
Your personal Login ID and password are used to access:

Your company's eMagic Administrator must request access to an eMagic-hosted lender site. When approved, you'll receive an email confirming your authorization to access the lender site. Use your personal eMagic Login ID and password to access the lender site. If you know your company requested access and you have not yet received authorization, contact your eMagic Adminstrator with any questions.
If you are the designated eMagic Administrator for your company, you have the ability to request access to an eMagic-hosted lender site. Click here for a list of available lenders.
Log in to www.emagic.com.
In the Main Menu, go to Manage Account -->Investor/Vendor Services.
Sign up for a lender site by searching for the name of the desired lender and clicking on the corresponding link.
Check to see the status of your request. The statuses are Awaiting Lender Approval, In Lender Review, Approved and Denied.
To view for which sites your company is authorized, click My Profile in the upper right corner of the Main Menu.
Click the Authorizations tab to view the list of sites.
Be sure to ask your lender about any required data/codes you need to order services (e.g., a code identifying you as an approved originator). Typically, this information is entered and validated in the Registration/Investor Loan Number field on the data entry screen when ordering a service.

Many services provide a credit vendor selection option. Your company needs to have a relationship established with the credit vendor you select. Contact your credit vendor directly with questions relating to establishing a relationship/account.
You will need your company's Fannie Mae account number and password to order Fannie Mae DO/DU Express services.

Originators interested in ordering Loan Prospector services using merged credit need to have an established "merged credit" relationship with a preferred credit provider. Contact your lender representative and ask about preferred credit partner(s) for LP.com Express orders.
