The eMagic Message Center makes it easy for a borrower (or other third party) to send documents to you. Documents sent to you are automatically added to the borrower’s Trio Loan Folder.

These instructions illustrate how you can request and receive a document.

Access the Message Center via Share/Request Documents

  1. Access the Message Center via Share/Request Documents.



  2. • Select a contact(s)
    • Compose a message
    • Expand the Request New Documents area
    • Select a document type
    • Optionally enter a document description


  3. The borrower receives your message and takes the appropriate action. (To view instructions to third parties, see How do I send a document? or How do I fax a document?)

  4. After you send the request you see it in the message board. Note the green Doc Request flag and Replies = 0.

  5. After the borrower replies to your message your message board is updated. Note the Doc Request flag is gone and Replies = 1.

  6. Click the message thread link to display the message threads.

  7. Your Trio Loan Folder indicates the document has been received.
