Send loans directly to eMagic from your Myers site.

1. On the Process Loans tab, select Completed Apps or Find Apps to locate the desired loan(s).
   

2. Click Send to eMagic.
   Don't see the 'Send to eMagic' button?
   
   »Are you seeing a SSN prompt where the Send button should be? Click 'Edit' and enter a SSN for each borrower in the 'Borrower Info' section.
   
   »Are you signed up with eMagic? If so, make sure to enter your personal Login ID/password on the Signup page (under eMagic Services).
   
   »Not an eMagic customer? Ask the Primary User on the Myers account to sign up! A 'Signup with eMagic' button will be available on this page for the Primary User.

 

3. Your loan will be displayed in eMagic's Loan Manager. Click on the Open Folder icon to go to the Loan Folder page, where you can order a vendor service or to send the loan to a lender site for automated underwriting services.
   
   Note: To order automated underwriting (AU) services such as DU Express or LP.com Express, you must be authorized by a sponsoring lender. Request authorization from our list of lenders.
