Loan App | ezApp | Print 1003 Document

Loan App is eMagic's online loan application, laid out like a 1003. AU service-specific ezApps are loan applications that use only the data required to process your transaction.

Loan App and ezApps allow you to:

• Edit loan data as needed when ordering services.
• Enter loan data directly if your LOS cannot export a DU data file.
• Reconcile liabilities (add/edit/delete) in the loan file.
• Edit data on the site and download that data to your loan origination system (LOS).

Loan App

1. On the Loan Folder screen, select Loan App from the drop down menu in the top left corner.
   
   The online Loan App is laid out like a 1003. Key in or edit information as needed on each data entry screen.
   

   • Section Tabs: Click the tabs to navigate between specific sections.

   • Previous/Next Arrows: Click the arrows to work through each section sequentially.

   • Save: You may save loan data at any point in the data entry process and return to the Loan App later without losing any data.

   • Loan Calculators: Offers access to four calculators:
     - Mortgage Payment
     - Mortgage Comparison
     - MGIC Mortgage Options
     - MGIC Rate Finder
     

   • Loan Documents: Lets you view/print the 1003 or go to verification documents for the loan.

   • Tools: Lets you add, delete, or redefine the relationship between borrowers.
     "Swap Borrower and CoBorrower" and "Swap Borrower Applications" are options for loans that contain more than one application and/or borrower.
     

     Note: If you choose to swap the borrower and co-borrower, you need to re-order DU.

ezApp

ezApp is available for DU (ezApp-DU) and LP (ezApp-LP.com) services. Choose an ezApp from the drop-down menu available on most pages in the site.

ezApp-DU

ezApp DU is a loan application, but with reduced data entry. Only the information required by the DU automated underwriting engine is captured.

ezApp-LP.com Express

ezApp LP.com is a loan application, but with reduced data entry. Only the information required by the LP automated underwriting engine is captured.

ezApp and Ordering AU

When ordering an AU service (DU or LP.com), Use ezApp defaults to Yes on the AU data entry screen. ezApps pull loan data from a completed Loan App (if available), but only use the information required for the AU order. If you would like to use the full Loan App when ordering, select No in the dropdown.

Print 1003 Document

1. On the Loan Folder screen, select View/Print 1003 from the Documents button in the top right corner.
   

2. Select the language and page size. Note: The Spanish version features field labels with a Spanish translation.
   

3. Use the toolbar to select Print.
