Export Your Loan Data

Open the borrower file in Encompass. There are two ways to access the Lender screen.
Option A
Click Fannie Mae DO for ePASS from the ePASS Underwriting menu.
Click Export Loan to Fannie Mae Format.
Option B
Select Access Lenders in the Services Menu.

Select Export file to other partners. Press Continue.

Select Export Fannie Mae formatted file and browse for the file. Select "Other" in the Export Purpose field and click Continue.

Main Menu > Origination Tab > Upload Loan.
(Lender site: Main Menu > Upload/Key in New Loans)
Click Browse.
Locate your saved loan file and click Open.

Either Order Credit right away or go directly to the Loan Folder.
Download Loan File and Import Data into Encompass
Update the original loan file in Encompass with any loan data changes from the site.

Locate the desired loan on the site (eMagic.com or an eMagic-hosted site).

On the Loan Folder screen, under the Actions Menu, click Export Data File.

In Internet Explorer, the File Download box will appear. Click Save. (The downloaded file format will match the last file you uploaded - DU 3.2 or 3.0 data file format.)
The Save As dialog box will appear. Select the appropriate directory and click Save.

Minimize the browser and open Encompass.

From the Encompass menu, click Import.

From the Import dialog box, select to import a Fannie Mae file. Click Continue.

Select the file you want to download, click Import.
