Import and maintain a database of your contacts, enter prospect information for calculating different loan proposals, and easily convert lead information to an active loan within eMagic.
Note: If you do not see the Contacts and Leads menu options on your Main Menu, you need to have this feature activated for your account: sign up for free.

Create a Contact
There are six ways to create a contact:
Search Contact
For a complete listing of contacts, click on the Directory tab. Search by clicking on the last name's initial.
To locate a specific contact, click on the Basic Search tab and enter the name.
To locate a set of contacts that were entered during a specific time, click on the Advanced Search tab.
Edit Contact
Click on the pencil icon.
Modify the necessary information. Click Save or Save/Close.

View Contact
Click on contact's name.
To view any leads associated with the contact, click on the Associated Leads tab.
To view any loans associated with the contact, click on the Associated Loans tab. Click the file ID number to access that loan.
Convert Contact to Lead
To convert the contact to a lead, click on Create Lead. The lead will appear under Associated Leads.
Delete Contact
Check the box next to the contact name(s) and press Delete Checked.
Lead Manager allows you to store a database of prospects and their base loan information and easily convert that information into an active loan.
Create a Lead
There are four ways to create a lead:
Search Lead
Main Menu > Search all Leads.
Lead Manager > Enter specific name of lead > Search.
Edit Lead
Lead Manager > Click on the pencil icon.
Edit the necessary information and click Save or Save/Close.
Convert Lead to Loan
Lead Manager > Click on the pencil icon > Convert to Loan
The lead is removed from the Lead Manager when it's converted to a loan.
Note: You may run a Lead Pipeline Report on the leads you have access to.
To reach the Loan Summary/Edit Lead screen, go to Main Menu > Lead Manager > click on the pencil icon.
Enter the necessary information to provide the prospect a quote. Click on the links to open the windows to enter additional information regarding income, housing expenses, liabilities and mortgage insurance and rates. You also have the option of entering marketing information.
After editing the Loan Summary, click Convert to Loan.
A Social Security number must be entered in order to convert a lead to a loan. The fields on the Loan App are auto-filled from the information in the Loan Summary.
