Investor Access Level Definitions

As the eMagic Account Administrator, you grant access levels for each user profile on an individual storefront/site basis (i.e. a user may have Standard access to Storefront A, but Reporting access for Storefront B).

Users with this Access Level...	...can perform these tasks
Standard Note: This is the default access level given to users.	Access loans in Loan Manager Create new loans (browse or key in from scratch) Order services on new loans or existing loans in Loan Manager Create a Trio folder*
Pipeline Manager - View Only Note: View Only users may not create new loans, order new/resubmit services, change data or add documents to a Trio folder*.	View all loans and services ordered from designated storefront(s) in Pipeline Manager and Loan Manager.
Pipeline Manager - View and Edit	All Standard access tasks View all loans and services ordered from designated storefront(s) in Pipeline Manager Place loans on hold Copy loans Work with Trio loans*
Originator Authorization Note: Users must have this access level to unauthorize originators for a storefront/site.	All Standard access tasks View list of originators in eMagic platform Authorize/unauthorize users for storefront(s)
Reporting	All Standard access tasks Download loan and service data for loans submitted via designated storefront(s) in Pipeline Report View summary data of loans and services submitted via designated storefront(s) in Transaction Summary View Trio Activity report*
Storefront Customization	All Standard access tasks Modify the order of services listed on designated storefront(s)
Facilitator Assignment* Note: A user must also have Pipeline Manager access (View Only or View and Edit) in order to assign loans for contract underwriting.	All Standard access tasks If the designated storefront(s) are enabled for Facilitator Assignment, users with this access level can assign loans to active contract underwriting organizations
Edit Templates	All Standard access tasks Create new and edit existing templates in the eMagic system
Trio Administrator*	All Standard access tasks Has the ability via Custom Trio to change the names of document types and their order within the dropdown
View Contacts*	All Standard access tasks Access to Contact Manager and Lead Manager

*Must be enabled on the site in order to perform these functions.
