Your Login ID and password provide access to eMagic.com and all eMagic-hosted lender sites for which your company is approved. To ensure security, don't share your personal Login ID and password with others, and be sure to change your password regularly.

If your company is signed up but you do not have a Login ID, check with your company's eMagic Administrator responsible for adding users. After you are authorized, your personal Login ID and password are e-mailed from Customer.Care@emagic.com.
Your personal Login ID and password are used for access to:
Contact your company's Administrator directly with any questions. If your company does not have an eMagic Administrator, call eMagic Customer Support at 1.888.549.9322 for assistance.
Go to www.emagic.com and enter your personal Login ID and Password that were e-mailed to you. Click Login.
Verify your personal profile information under all three tabs:
Profile
Preferences
Authorizations
*** IMPORTANT ***
All system updates and critical information, including password requests and account resets, will be sent to the e-mail address entered in your profile – be sure that it is your own e-mail address!
Click Save.
For security reasons, you will be asked to create a new password. Enter your current password (the same password you just used to gain access to the site) in the "Temporary Password" field. Type your new password in the New Password field, and again in the Confirm Password field for verification. Click Save.
To access your profile, click the e-mail address greeting or the My Profile link from the Main Menu.

Edit your personal information as needed under the Profile Tab.
Click the button to Modify your Login ID (optional).
Key in a new Login ID and Confirm. Click Save.
Warning: Your Login ID can be changed only once!
Click the button to Change your Password (as often as you like).
Key in your old password, new password and confirm the new password.
Click Save.
To edit your profile, click the e-mail address greeting or the My Profile link on the Main Menu.

The Profile tab will display first; make any necessary modifications and click Save.

Click the Preferences tab to set/change the following:
Credit Providers: Enter your credit agencies and choose one as the default (optional.) Check the "x" box to delete a credit agency.
Fannie Mae: Enter your DO User ID and password.
Myers Website Package: Store your Myers User ID and password.
LoanSifter: Store your LoanSifter account ID and password.
My Quick Links: Enter the link name and URL. Click "Test URL." Check the "x" box to delete a link. The links will appear on the Quick Links navigation bar on the Main Menu.
eMagic Message Center: If you use eMagic Message Center, you may receive e-mail notifications when new messages and documents are available, as well as eConsent status messages.
Trio: You may receive notifications for loan status updates.
File Download Options: Set the default of the version of the DU file that is downloaded with each loan.

Click the Authorizations tab to view all storefronts for which your Login ID is authorized.
Tip: To view a list of available services by lender storefront, and to request access to eMagic-hosted lender sites, click Investor/Vendor Services page.
Note: This feature is available to only those users who have a unique e-mail address in the system.
Forgot your Login ID?
Click on Forgot your Login ID?
You will be prompted to answer two to three security questions to confirm your account.
Answer two security questions correctly in order to receive your Login ID.
Forgot your password?
Click on Forgot your password?
You will be prompted to enter your Login ID.
Answer one to two security questions to confirm your account.
Create a new password.

Your account will be locked after five unsuccessful login attempts. You may either unlock your account on your own*, or contact your company's eMagic account administrator to have your account unlocked. Your administrator's contact information is displayed in the message. If your administrator's contact information does not appear or is inaccurate, call 1.888.549.9322 for assistance.

Unlocking your account
If you choose to unlock your own account, you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address.

Answer two to three security questions to confirm your account.
Create a new password.
