As the eMagic Account Administrator, you grant access levels for your company's users. Here are the level definitions categorized by function. Note: On the "View Edit User Access Authorizations" screen, the grey options that are not selectable are not set up for your company but are available upon request.

General Profile Attributes	Definitions
Administrator (Originators or Investors)	Creates, deletes, unlocks and maintains user profiles.
Billing Contact	Maintains credit card information on eMagic billable services. Only two Billing Contacts may be assigned per company.
User can Order Products	Allows user to order eMagic products and services.
User can edit Corporate Profile data	Allows user to edit Corporate Profile information.
Contact/Lead Manager Access	Accesses Contact Manager and Lead Manager, as well as the Lead Pipeline Report.
eMagic Message Center Access	Accesses Message Center to send and receive secure messages among customers and business partners.
MortgageApp Customization Tools Access	Allows user to customize information on the online mortgage application.

 

Origination Functions	Definitions
Standard Access	Views and edits all leads and loans across the company's pipeline.
Limited Access	Views and edits only the leads and loans associated with this user as well as "Unassigned" leads and loans.
View Only Access (Investor only)	Views leads and loans, but without edit rights.
Inactive Pipeline View Access	Allows the user to view inactive loans within his/her own pipeline.
Inactive Pipeline Edit Access	Allows the user to edit inactive loans within his/her own pipeline.
User name displays in the Loan Officer dropdown	Allows the originator's name to appear in a selection dropdown menu whenever the system requires someone (or unassigned) to be assigned to the lead, loan, etc.
User can reassign leads and loans	Reassigns the company's pipeline leads and loans to other users.
User has template editing rights	Creates, edits and manages GFE closing cost templates and Trio stacking order templates so users can apply templates configured to their business.

 

Underwriting Functions	Definitions
Standard Access	Views all loans and services ordered, places loans on hold, copies loans and resubmits services.
View Only Access	Views all loans and services, but without edit rights.

 

Authorize Signups for Private Label Sites	Definitions
Authorize All	Grants access to those who requested access to your eMagic-hosted private label site.

 

Investor/Lender Functions	Definitions
Storefront Customization	Modifies the order of services listed on designated storefront.
Originator Authorization	Authorizes or unauthorizes originators to use your storefront.
Inactive Pipeline View Access	Allows user to only view loans that are submitted within this user's inactive pipeline..
Inactive Pipeline Edit Access	Allows user to manage loans that are submitted within this user's inactive pipeline.
